PROGRAM PLANNING

2008 Unit Program Planning Preview Scheduled

Welcome to the 2008 Program Preview for the Scouting Year of September 2008 thru August 2009. This year's Program Preview has had a major face lift. Instead of this Program Planning meeting being held in August, this year it is in May so units will have ample time to build a quality program during the summer months. Also, instead of getting this big envelope with materials, we have carefully designed a website with almost all the materials you will need and you will be able to access it year round without worrying about losing the packet. In addition, other pack leaders have access to these resources year-round. We have scheduled this meeting to help the unit be successful. Look forward to see everyone at the Program Preview.

Each unit will receive a packet containing program planning materials, budgeting resources, council activities information, the council calendar, and other resources for the coming year for your unit. At the May Roundtable, please make sure that at least one person from your unit is in attendance (of course, the more the merrier).
